カスタムメイドプログラム
RootSpringでは、企業や組織、教育機関のユニークなニーズや目的に合わせたリーダーシッププログラムを実施しています。期間は１日から、長いものは１２週間程度。プロによるカリキュラムデザインとファシリテーションでオンラインまたは対面で実施いたします。
